c1 Yelan only gives you more energy if she's off-field long enough to get stacks again. the cooldown is still the same

in some teams, she can come on field twice a rotation and use 2 skills that way. then, all c1 does is give you extra energy on the first rotation. (helpful for stygian I guess?)

in general you don't use her sig unless it's a team with plenty of hydro particle generation

• Dehya tends to be better on C1+
• Diluc has a quite nice 5-star skin
• Mona's support was good at first (before others took her place)
• Tighnari's charged shot rarely misses aim
• Mizuki is like a better 5-star version of Sucrose
• Keqing tends to be fan-favorite, but she got some artifact improvement in 3.0 (Dendro reactions) and 4.8 (Lunar-charged reactions), so, it's niche addition.

their effective hp increases a lot of you can't deal high damage to them during the stun

for other wild hunt enemies, you can directly damage their max hp from the start if you have 2 nk

for the lightkeeper, you have to deplete its hp normally first
