hmm, that's rough. the worst piece is the circlet, but replacing that doesn't change your crit as it's main stat

I think all the other pieces are more likely to get worse rather than better if you re-roll them

you could see if you have a 9-liner off-piece goblet with cr, cd, atk%
that'd be a good reroll target, as it would have 3 good substats

then you could on-set the circlet

trying to reroll that sands or goblet and getting more rolls would require it to roll perfectly

that's a 1/32 chance (5 coin flips)

if you have an off-piece goblet with cr, cd, atk% that's 3/4 useful subs.

(3/4)⁵ = 23.7%
(2/4)⁵ = 3.1%

there's no max for crit dmg or hp%, you just take the pieces with as many useful substats as possible

between hp% and crit, one will be better than the other.
but it's very rare that 2 subs of one are worse than 1 sub of the other. so in the end, the piece with the most useful substats usually wins out

beyond that, I'd calc it with genshin optimiser or look at akasha's "show substat priority → % gain over base"

GO will be more effort to put the build in, akasha will have assumptions that are different from your actual situation

re-rolling has made it somewhat possible to go a bit higher. mostly on pieces with 3 useful subs, as that's somewhat likely to roll perfectly (~24% chance)

you can also look at roll value instead

for example, my flower has 8 useful subs yet only 620% roll value. a piece with 7 useful subs but higher RV might be better

balancing crit ratio is important, too. 1:2 ratio
(in Neuv's case just try to hit 100% CR without too much overcap, as his CD is usually over 200% already)

Or with marechaussee hunter and furina with a crit ratio of 90+/210+ crit ratio 200+ em (with em sands) 30k+ hp better? Those were just my speculation stats 😅 in the base considering the 3 stacks and soss the crit rate is already 80 and crit damage with hutao ascension stat and circlet main stat it is already 150% crit damage. So i thought that would before i start minmaxinh
