if you have iansan or ororon, those are her bis electro teammates because they can hold the natlan support artifact set that majorly buffs all natlan dps like chasca

it's scaled so you probably need recent c0 r1 chars with optimal teams

difficulty 4 (menacing) can be done in co-op

there is pity, meaning the chance to get a 5-star goes up dramatically after a certain amount
I think it's the 74th wish, just like for the char banner. but I could be wrong

thing about that banner is, guarantees don't carry over. It uses fate points, like the weapon banner, that go away when the banner ends.
So I wouldn't wish on it unless I have enough wishes to cache in that fate point
