it's still not a great set since it's just the five following hits after it procs but it's not just 1200 damage

Hutao is a pyro carry who doesn't need Bennett, which is rare. Allows you to run Bennett on another side.

You'll be able to get her c1 for free, next anniversary.

She'd like Furina, Yelan, Xilonen. So maybe not the cheapest team to build.
Furina is a char every account should get, though.

Alhaitham, Xingqiu, Kuki should give you another team

Skirk is very particular about teammates, yeah, her best team is Furina-Shenhe-Escoffier (so all event 5*s) and while you can make her work with maybe Dahlia and Layla, according to the people who deep-dived into it, it's hard to use her outside of that best team and the dmg difference is significant
