With mavuika? its manageable if you use her chain attacks to break the shield

two kinds of teams can do the cactus:
(1) h/e carries: h/e damage against the hat is recorded. once the hat goes down, that damage will be dealt to the boss. The hat has 40% of the Cactus's hp, so if you killed it using h/e, the Cactus will lose 40% of its health bar
(2) electro-charged can kill the hat, but that won't result in the cactus losing hp

(1) gives you teams like Varesa overload. Anything with a hydro or electro carry, you could try.
(2) gives you teams like hyperbloom. maybe Arle overvape? Hutao overvape?

another thing about the weapon banner is, you get fate points instead of a guarantee like on char banners

with an actual guarantee (char banner), if you lose your 50/50 you can wait however long you want and the next 5-star you get will be the limited one

but a fate point will go away at the end of the banner

so to not waste that, you need to hold maybe 65 - 70 wishes in reserve
so that if you lose you can cache in the fate point
