for Mora, I'd do some exploration (Fontaine / Sumeru / Inazuma)
finding chests / oculi, getting sigils, using the nation's sigil reward system gives a decent amount
check the second to last tab in your inventory, it has all the things that can be exchanged

oh, and events of course. don't skip them, they give a lot

have you unlocked the serenitea pot? its realm currency coins can be exchanged for a bunch of char exp or mora every week, if the teapot realm level is high enough

most recurring sources of mora are small
this spot gives ~6k mora a day if the weasel thieves aren't killed
(just walk past and scare them, you get mora as they burrow. don't investigate the burrows, that makes them permanently killable)

mora from weasel thieves eventually caps, once you've gotten hundreds of them they never give any again

some people do 10 daily random events, logging out and back in on specific spots
you get ~1500 mora per random event, but each login takes like a minute

some do daily elite routes in co-op, ~2h for ~140k mora or ~3h for ~200k
but I think investigation is better, if your world isn't all grinded out yet. Chests give both mora and exp books

the current Skirk banner also doesn't have great 4★s , while the next Mav banner might (we don't know yet)

look to pick up Citlali for Mavuika and Furina Escoffier for Skirk

going for both is definitely an option, as they don't share any supports
so can use both teams on separate sides, for Abyss / Stygian Onslaught

Skirk shares supports with Neuvilette, and also the other cryo dps

Mavuika shares Bennett with most atk scalers, like Navia. You can still use her as an off-fielder on their teams. But I'd say her value is highest when she's the carry.

Okay I'll write a list so it might look weird with me typing a lot

open with fischl e to generate energy particles and so you manage to trigger overload before chevreuse's second hold skill, you could've had xiangling's burst up sooner at the start and the ATK% buff from chevreuse activated sooner.
after your first E and Q combo on clorinde you used tap skill instead of hold on chevreuse which means you did not activate the ATK% buff
You're not doing the rotation right, you are spending too much time on chevreuse and xiangling (check what you did at 39s), you also want to be using fischl e/q again after clorinde's uptime. using clorinde E off-cd is important for maximising damage.
you should not Q during clorinde's E as you did on the first stun as this eats away at E uptime
you should have delayed chev Q and hE and xiangling's burst before he recovered from stun and the fury gauge returned so you could phase faster into the next phase 2
there was again a tap skill on Chev it should always be hold
you used clorinde's Q before her E, should've been after

to summarise

1. start with fish E > chevvy hE for faster xiangling ult
2. always use hE on chevvy for its atk buff (in which i wasnt doing it)
3. use fish E/Q after Cl uptime, and using Cl E off cd to maximise dmg

You can never go wrong with goblet off-piece
The chances of getting a goblet of the set you want and the dmg bonus% you want are horribly slim

For me though, Xiao is still good AoE dmg dealer, I use him when I want a big weak horde gone

second boss is a case of you want teams with lots of pyro application/damage instances but also a lot of non-pyro damage, at least you will see that is the case for any of the 'low-cost' dire clears
