If you have all members of Mavuika, Kinich/Versa and Skirk's premium teams, you should be able to finish difficulty 5.

The gap between difficulty 5 and 6 is pretty big. You need at least C2R1 of all those characters to do 6. Finishing all of them within 180 seconds require several C6. Lava dragon is the most difficulty one, and C6 Varesa can barely reach 60 seconds.

Just getting primos is easy anyway.

Edit: some difficulty 6 record I saw in CN community:

Hydro tulpa: C6 Mavuika + C6 Citlali + C4+ Xilonen can finish it under 30 seconds. C6 Arle with C6 Citlali requires close to 50 seconds. Pyro MC may be better here because he/she can wear cinder city set. Xilonen cannot trigger it and should switch to instructor. Citlali should switch to tenacity. 

Secret source automation: A full C6 team of Skirk Escoffier Furina Shenhe can reach 30 seconds. If one or two of them are not C6, it costs more than 40 seconds. Full C6 but main Ayaka can barely reach 60 seconds.

Lava dragon: this is the most difficulty one. C6 Varesa can barely reach 60 seconds, and a lot of them used more than 70 seconds. Klee is pretty valuable here as she applies a lot of pyro and can jump to phase 2 within a few seconds. Her C2 also has DEF shred. C6 Chasca with high cons Mavuika Oronon Bennett may also do it close to 60 seconds. Very few people have tried Kinich/Emilie so far and their own rate is lower than Varesa.
