I think Sensi linked this one, the main difference I see would be clear time

ER reqs are much higher in the first example, especially on Furina

clear time probably hurts her because all the team's hydro particles come from her pets (particles over time rather than frontloaded)
I'm probably wrong, clear time should only do that if it was very fast (less than one full rotation)
