I'm not entirely sure really, the team with citlali is a bit more buffing and you should be able to get scroll proc on citlali reliably by doing furina edq>barbara (e)q>citlali eq>skirk. I imagine that team will be better overall, but the one you mentioned with charlotte is fine if you want to use citlali for another team

Ok so as you might know skirk doesn’t have energy like the average character she instead has a point system called serpent subtlety now skirk need to have 50 points or more to unleash her burst/ult which you can do by simply triggering freeze with your characters before swapping into skirk than holding her elemental skill and congrats you can burst

also every cryo reaction except melt count for the point generation but freeze would be the most common one
