so basically if you add Kazuha, he gives you +40% res shred but then Esco shreds 40% less

you get 55% whether you use Kaz or not

so Kaz loses some of his value

maybe you'd use him if you really need grouping? but otherwise no

Mavuika's burst costs 0 energy, so it gives no resolve stacks to Raiden
Raiden's normal attacks also don't give fighting spirit to Mavuika, though that's probably not all that important
