if you have res shredders (Xilonen, Kazuha, etc) you can also try just using them

the seahorse has 90% all res and another +50 against electro if the shield isn't broken
breaking she shield briefly shreds 80% all res

but the time the shield stays broken is short, so bringing res shredders and ignoring the shield can work just as well

some do give her healing bonus which increases her healing but I can’t say what’s better I don’t have her so I didn’t check
