I heard you should in general aim for 1:2 but I also heard that 70 cr is sufficient

its generally correct that aiming for 1:2 will result in the best average damage, this is just mathematical truth

stopping at above 70 doesnt make any sense

in your case however you're losing you're losing stats by trying to go for 1:2

crit rate is valued at twice the value for CV, so the crit rate difference of 16 (32 cv, because 16*2), is weighed up against 49,8 crit damage

the difference is high enough that its not optimal for you to pick the one thats closer to 1:2

you can check this yourself by multiplying crit rate with crit damage, the higher number is better

0,899*1,77 = 1,59

0,739*2,268 = 1,68

Hued Moneto should be "extract" so your character will gain the color of the Moneto (for example Yellow in your instance) and then with another command (I don't know the one on mobile but it will glow with the icon of a Moneto) you aim for a stone / something in the scenery that it not colored and need to be colored because others stones / things in the scenery are painted.

Beware that you can combined Hued Moneto to create a new color (if you extract Yellow then Blue in a row, you will get green.) The color you own will reset once you have aim to something and shoot your color at it.

If you shoot the color, the Monetos you used will respawn. If you lost track of the color you have, there would be a small glowing orb around your character with the color you currently have.

In your screenshot, behind Xilonen, you can see stones with Blue Yellow and Green. I would recommend you get closer to see if there is any indication of how to paint this (like for example a drawing or elements which are conveniently of the same colors around)
