long answer is like always it depends since whale play has multiple categories but given chasca is mentioned seems like everyday gameplay without extra challenges

chasca is what id consider a #2 c6 dps as well, maybe mualani but either way its 2 or 3
tho she has a very clear downside where if the enemy count is not 1 her dmg nosedives into peepoo

she as long as the burst doesnt miss is pretty much guaranteed to oneshot a wave

which is getting out of reach as a feat for other c6 dps with hp inflation going on

i can provide the sheet info probably but the issue with increase % and whale stuff is that theres a huge difference between sheet and practical gameplay, and the % value itself doesnt hold much value as the characters base performance are just as if not more important
like say for constellation increase % mavuikas c0~c6 is lower than chasca and is comparable to mualani but that doesnt stop her from clearing way faster than chasca and mualani

Makes sense, appreciate the advice. I was originally considering chasca as my first c6 for exploration + versatile high dps (no immunities). But it seems like mav is noticeably higher dps and also has natlan explloration bs anyways

seems like youre just looking for comfy gameplay with a good c6 dps and not those funny whale gameplay stuff like speedruns/solo abyss/etc so some dps are definitely comfier than others even at c6

mavuika vs chasca i can 100% tell you that mavuikas a lot stronger as a dps but chasca is noticably comfier (as long as the enemy count isnt too high)

so you can decide if you wanna value comfy or dmg first

theres also some fontaine dps that excels in comfy value but their dmg value is quite lower compared to mavu/chasca that you might start having some "damn why did i even c6 this char if it cant even clear" thoughts in events like current tower event

most c6 dps are at best stuck at f20~23 in this case after all so

Ahh that's actually really helpful. I definitely was prompted to think about using my saved pulls on a c6 by tower event. I don't really want to participate in whale stuff like dps/dpr races, just want a comfy dps that can easily clear all future combat events/challenges without question

the game does seem to pump out more of those high difficulty combat events recently so i think it definitely is valid to sacrifice some comfy value for more dmg in which as of now just locks into mavu or chasca (mualani is too not comfy imo)

as of some easier difficulty events like the ones where you fight like 11m hp boss in 2m 30s last time then a lot more dps can comfortably clear which does allow more comfy fontaine dps like arle, chiori, clorinde and wrio into the menu

or at least i think wrio should be in the line too i dont have him yet to clearly tell but its in 2 days so maybe ill drop an update

should also mention support constellation holds heavy value in those performance but thats going too far when the context is just one c6 for comfy

like i think mavuika is a lot less comfy if the chamber isnt over after the initial burst hit but could just be me

also citlali is good in general so id definitely recommend c0~c2 yea
shes best in slot for both dps as well
