judging by your current build, it seems like you understand what stats you should be looking for - mainstats are correct, substats are also generally correct, you just want more of them ideally (with the exception of ER%), especially CD%.
You can follow the build guide in pins for a general idea

I'd say your most replaceable pieces are your flower (it's fine but more CRIT% or ATK% instead of ER% would be better), your goblet (again, more CRIT% and ATK% instead of ER%), and circlet
