that said, just because she's outclassed doesn't mean you can't go for her if you like her.
She's still probably the number 3 after Mav and Neuv

both Mavuika and Arlecchino are decent choices for a second team to run alongside Neuvilette

the other choice, if you don't mind which you get between Arle and Mavuika/etc, is to pull to 73 pity and then stop

since the 4★s are good, if you're okay with getting Arle it's a good banner to pull on
