but 3 means +3 (so 4 rolls)
it's 280% roll value in 4 rolls, so all 4 are min-rolls (70% roll value)

if you need a shielder with c0 Neuvilette, I believe Xilonen + LanYan could be better than Zhongli + Kazuha
since petra is awkward to use and has short uptime

Im building Arlecchino and using akasha as my guide. Ive recently gotten a on set glad goblet and it rolled trash, it has literally no good stat but I decided to use it so I can replace my circlet with a better one.

My previous build gave a crit ratio of 54.7/223.7, 2550 atk and 63 em or 85.8/161.5, 2400 atk, and 63 if I want consistency.

Using the trash goblet, I lose 25 crit damage but gain 7 crit rate and 19.8% atk which makes my Arlecchino have a crit ratio of 61.7/198, 2600 atk, and 42 em.

Tldr; does 2600 atk give diminishing return or would it be better to get the extra 21 em
