if you can grind the wishes, it's definitely not a bad banner to try and get both (it has very good 4★ chars in Chevreuse and Lan Yan, you kinda want c6 on Chevreuse if you play either of the 5★s)

constellations and weapons are both "vertical investment" (using additional wishes to further improve the char)

the weapon banner is mostly worth it when you have at least ~130 wishes and want both 5★ weapons. (it uses fate point instead of guarantee, which goes away at the end of the banner if you can't use it)

in this case I'd go for constellations over weapons though, because of the 4★s

Is lanyan better than non c6 chevruse? I was looking at the passives when I was team building and decided to compare which is better.
Chevruse provides up to 40% atk but lanyan can provide 48 with ttds. Chevruse can also res shred for 40% i believe but lanyan can have use the anemo support artifact to do the same. The only difference is that c6 chevruse can provide extra elemental damage buff but I only have c2 and lanyan can provide shield even at c0.
