She's quite single target locked, afaik. One of the worse traits a dps can have.

Most multi-target dps aren't really punished for playing in single target, but single-target dps are punished in AoE.

And abyss floor 12 has 3 chambers, someone like Yoimiya is really only okay when all three are single target.
It's similar to Ayaka, who can only really play freeze. (Or at high investment mono cryo.)
You'd need all three chambers to be favourable. In the case of freeze it's useless against bosses.

they removed the ability to repeatedly do 3 city reputation bounties and requests every week, even after lvl 10
they also removed 50k mora per reward system level (we have that up to Fontaine, the Natlan one doesn't give mora)

what's left is 200k mora a week from teapot
300k a month from stardust shop, IF you have enough stardust
and then investigation, elite farming, etc
