my guess is they were first introduced with Tsurumi, and they decided to make rem chests give primos later after feedback

Again, depends on what you want to achieve. Are you leveling because you are missing damage that you need to clear abyss? Are you leveling for the sake of leveling? What are your goals?

Priority in leveling like you asked is very min/max-y. You could calculate what is worth more in a calculator, but you will level both soon enough anyway so it is way too much work

on the weapon banner, there's still a 25% chance to get a standard weapon

weapon banner:

• chart for a 5★ weapon
• 37.5% to get weapon A
• 37.5% to get weapon B
• 25% to get a standard weapon
• if you don't get the weapon you charted for, you get the fate point (but have to use it before the banner ends)

chronicled banner:

• chart for a 5★ char
• 50% to get it
• 50% to lose to a random other 5★ char on the banner
• fate point works the same: use it or lose it. don't pull unless you have enough wishes to guarantee after a loss

I'm not sure if 200 or more pulls is enough but I want to get a c1 Arlecchino and a good 5 star weapon. My current best polearm is deathmatch R1.
My first question:

1. Should I pull for her weapon or try to get another 5 star like Primordial Jade Winged-Spear. Additionally, I mentioned the jade spear because I saw it on the upcoming "Chronicled Wish" but I'm not entirely sure how it works.

2. If the answer to question 1 is no, I shouldn't get her weapon, how does the upcoming "Chronicled Wish" work and is it a more economic efficient way to get a good weapon for her. (or do I just stick with R1 deathmatch)

3. I know that I want to get her to C1 but is C2 a good upgrade or is it not worth it?

4. Is around 250 wishes enough to get a C1 5 star and one 5 star weapon? If not, how much would be enough because I could definitely get a bit more in the next month if needed.

since you get 3 Past Draconic Glories stacks, shred hydro + pyro, and melt Mavuika's burst (if the enemy can be frozen..)

I feel like giving up Furina might increase Neuv's ER reqs too much
but for accounts that don't have Furina or need her on the other side.. maybe?
It sounds like it'd have more frontload than other Neuv teams

they can also just replace Neuv with Bennett, though, if he's not needed on the other side

it also sounds like Petra uptime would be low. You'd have to use it pretty early in the rotation
