they gotta fit in the team, of course
like, if the team is Kinich, Bennett, Furina/Emilie
you'd rather the 4th unit by pyro MC than Ororon

your other option there is Mavuika
she's better than pyro MC

but she kinda asks the question "will you on-field me instead of kinich?" 😄

so there's damage for it to multiply

think of atk, dmg%, crit, EM
as separate multipliers that each matter

it's a teamwide 40 dmg% buff

codex would increase her personal damage, which also matters since she has a big fronloaded nuke on her burst
but now that I think about it, you won't be able to burst that often if she's the only Natlan unit on the team
maybe consider playing Xilonen instead of Kazuha there

in that case you'd put scroll on Xilonen and codex on Mavuika (even if she's off-field)

I think it's mostly that ttds exists (a very strong 3★ catalyst)

her sig provides similar damage. It has some quality of life upsides, but are those worth a 5★ pull? That's a question

QoL 1: rotations no longer need to be >= 20s (the ttds passive's cooldown)
QoL 2: a stronger shield
QoL 3: works with non-atk scalers

In theory the rotations are also more flexible. (ttds requires switching from holder to carry)

but at least Mavuika still wants you to do that.

leveling many chars, I'd have to lower my standards and level pieces that have medium potential
