shoot the replaced skill at him to deplete his shield

when the shield is depleted, he starts charging his ultimate attack and summons 4 devices
destroy the devices to obtain more charges

if you can shoot Nahida's skill at him a second time before his ultimate attack resolves, you interrupt it and he becomes vulnerable

if his ultimate attack resolves, he KO's your active char

either way, after that the shield is gone and he actually takes damage

I think if you have enough healing, you'll win in the end. even if the ultimate resolves and a char gets ko'd

imo the decision is made by the weapon banner, though: if it's running with Zhongli's signature, that's one of the worst weapons you could get

you can replace Baizhu with a stronger damage option, like Xilonen

especially if you have c1, which makes Neuv immune to interruption during his charge attack

if you don't have a great emblem crit rate circlet, you could consider crafting an on-set electro goblet with double crit (so you can off-piece the circlet)
crafting a circlet doesn't have the best average results, as it's less likely to roll into the one crit substat (compared to the 2 crit subs on a goblet)

or keep strongboxing, since some other pieces could also get improvements

After that I added a username at the official website in official website of hoyoverse accessed through "forgot password" option.
I could somehow managed to login in hoyolab application, and all website and games in the pc.
But sadly, mobile is still not available.
I tried after uninstalling and reinstalling... Still not working.
Mobile application on the whole is disturbed, no other alt accounts are accessable

If you don't want to grind for another weapon, you could strongbox blizzard for a sands that has less ER% and more ATK%/CRIT%, and since your circlet is off set you can eventually swap that as well (though finding one with that much CR% + ATK% will take a while, but you don't have to actively farm for it)
Do equip one more VV piece on Kazu to complete the set though, even if it's the wrong mainstat (or a 4 star even)

which is the best way to use artifacts, extract, salvage, just feed normally?

I usually lvl artifacts with potential to 4 to check, if it's bad I save them for extracting in transmuter while the worthless Stat ones are strongboxed

it kinda depends on how low you are on mora and artifact exp bottles, imo

to save mora and artifact exp, you can use your bad high-level pieces to level other artifacts
in that case, +4s would go to the transmuter

and bad +0s to strongbox

for someone with unlimited mora and artifact exp bottles, they'd put +20s to the transmuter and +4s and +0s to strongbox

since if mora and artifact exp aren't limited, there's no point in using +20s to level other artifacts

I used to do the latter
but they recently reduced how much free mora we can get per week
now I might change to doing the former
