yes, you can make most chars you like work (more or less). but only if you choose one, then build around them. after you've chosen one I'd pull for team synergy

Hutao's highest damage team is Yelan Furina Xilonen now.

Though for abyss planning, there's the other side to consider. Using up Furina limits your team options there, as it seems like she's on most characters' best teams now

Do you have a preference for your other team? (If not, I'd go for something that's good in AoE as you already have one single target team in Hutao.)

using Tighnari with the hyperbloom core is not ideal
you'd have to weave in normal attacks between his charge attacks to trigger Xingqiu's burst
the only time I've seen Tighnari quckbloom work was with Furina

I'd rather use someone else in the last slot, even Kazuha

for the chevreuse team, I assume you use it second half because overload breaks geo shields?
Raiden doesn't apply that much electro outside her burst, so it's hard to break the shield quickly. but it can work.

(I actually had more success using Fischl instead of Chevreuse, who isn't a great fit with Raiden but results in a lot of overloads)

for the Tighnari team, you could also change Xingqiu for someone else

I see she's lvl60, you definitely want her to be 90 as hyperbloom scales strongly with level

there are two kinds of levels, which can be a bit confusing.

(1) trust rank [1 - 10]
this unlocks items in the shop, and gives some primos.

the first time you use each new crafting recipe, it gives points towards increasing trust rank

(2) income [fit for a king 30/hour]
this scales with the items you place
