I think every traveler's kit is that of an off-fielder.

Both skill and burst can be used quickly before switching out. Their normal attacks don't have any additional effects.

There are a lot of chars who get additional damage or utility for being on-field, but Traveler isn't really one of them.

If you just really want to make a traveler team, I suppose them not really being made for on-field can't be helped.
Otherwise, I'd suggest on-fielding someone like Noelle (who gives teamwide healing, increasing the buff from Furina's burst.)
She kinda wants constellations, though.

And what sword should I use? I see iron sting in websites but it gives Elemantal mastery which is soemthing I dont get why I need since xinqui is not the one vaping (I use Raiden and Arlechino as main dps)

usually not a great replacement, but try Fischl over the hydro slot:
Raiden, Bennett, Xiangling, Fischl

it breaks the shield pretty quickly

the real question is how far
first levels are cheap, but it gets expensive later

I think lvl 6 skill, lvl 10 burst is reasonable

you can do like lvl 8 skill later

but the burst is the majority

and lvl1 NA is fine, he is off-field most of the time
