it depends. Essentially what akasha does is it runs one specific config for the character, spits out the number, and ranks it into the leaderboard. Whether that config also happens to be the team you play, the weapon you run is up to chance

but if you're looking to optimize one specific team, and there is a leaderboard for that specific team its usually somewhat accurate

I think the "show substat priority" expandable below the image is a better indication, though. But that as well, applies only if you're using the team and weapon the leaderboard assumes

here's my Raiden for example. You can see what a big difference the assumed team makes

on the left, it plots my dmg% as very high because the average top tier build uses an atk% goblet (because Furina and Yelan both buff dmg%, and there's no Bennett)

on the right, it plots my atk as very high. This is because my pieces just happen to have a lot of atk% substats.

maybe get Xilonen, if you have the wishes for it.
