Just check if you have the achievement "Glittering Melody". If you do, you just need to complete pictures 1-8 and 10 of the book and then go back after a daily reset

xilonen would be higher potential damage than zhongli. as for whether or not the interrupt resistance can still make zhongli a better option, well that's kind of dependent on how much stagger the enemies have and your gameplay

No. neuvillette's c1 gives him a 0 poise dmg multiplier (can't be interrupted). xilonen's c1 provides a 0.5 poise dmg multiplier. if you combined her c1 and neuvillette c0 interrupt resistance it is 0.25 (some things will still stagger you)

he's 25% less dmg bonus, 13% (16%) less shred, produces no particles half the time and also doesnt have offfield geo app since his pillar is either broken or missed usually

on top of that hes also polearm so he has no good support weapons except favge

there are many teams where zhonglis shield is actually appreciated but navia doesnt really care, she has good IR during E, frequent crystallize shields and is fairly tanky herself

in an idealistic scenario, the dendros have low bloom ownership so it all goes to the hydro units (which should be the 2nd hydro unit)

generally it goes like this
Nilou = 2p2p HP (until 74,444 HP)
Nahida = 4p Deepwood
2nd hydro = stack all the EM in the world
2nd dendro = other sets (instructor and whatnot depending on scenario)

ofc setup can change depending on who you slot on 2nd hydro/2nd dendro
