basically you use skills to recharge your bursts
the energy you get from particles is then multiplied by your ER stat (energy recharge)
so if you build enough of it, you'll actually get your bursts back on cooldown (or whenever they fit in your rotation)

you should form any team with characters that hasnt reach lvl 10 friendship so you'll get used to their mechanics and optimize them in domains and daily commissions
