Mualani's technically got better damage than Raiden at the cost of her teams damage mostly just being from her

Raiden's is more decentralized outside of Hypercarry which you wouldn't do before C2 anyway

her sig is about 30% better than r5 yaxche or widsith. though widsith can perform better than craftable if you reset when you get the ATK buff

it can also perform worse if you roll ATK then dont reset

it's a pretty normal damage increase from "f2p option" to signature

but she is a character who will be doing a large portion of your team DPS so the overall difference is more exaggerated than on some characters

yes, but the base damage is low.

Burning is a reaction that gets carried by either the pyro it applies,
or by units like Emilie whose kit relies on it. The burning damage itself isn't as relevant.

You can see burning is all the way at the bottom
though it does this damage every 0.25 seconds, and can easily be maintained in AoE

the general consensus is still that burning damage isn't relevant 🤷

the way I do it, is look at which talents contribute team damage
So I've crowned Neuv's NA, Furina's Skill and burst, Xiangling's burst, Fischl's skill..
