I have to say that Baizhu seems like a stopgap measure since the bloom reaction isn't useful.

I'd probably go for Neuv's c1 and run a non-shielder before I pulled a unit without a good reaction for the team.
It just feels like it's not a full synergy team and will get eclipsed eventually
