In single target, she needs to bump into the same enemy 3x. Was it a.. 0.7s cooldown on gaining a stack from bumping into enemies?
Her damage in AoE is reduced a bit, but it's also multiplied by dealing it to multiple enemies.
I'm not sure how that compares to chars like Neuvilette, who get to deal the same damage in single and multi target
