"Meta" is probably Neuvilette + Furina + Kazuha + filler

Maybe Arlecchino or Chlorinde, but it depends on what they put in abyss.
And you can use many teams, it's not that restrictive

There's also Imaginarium Theater to consider
for that I'd try to have ~7 chars built of each element (1-2 on-fielders, 3-4 off-fieders)
though you can get away with less, as there are trial chars and you can use one from a friend

The Ayaka team probably wants a second cryo unit to lower Ayaka's ER requirements without disrupting freeze, over Fischl

physical damage is kinda neglected, so I wouldn't recommend anyone to pull for Eula today
it might still clear fine, at high enough investment

if you are running 2-hydro 2-dendro nilou comps, the second hydro has primary bloom ownership and the amount of blooms triggered by dendro is comparitively insignificant

if you run a team of 3-hydro 1-dendro then the dendro gets bloom ownership, but at the cost of triggering significantly less blooms

which decreases overall team dmg

which is why people do almost exclusively 2-hydro 2-dendro for nilou teams

Kazuha's damage has two parts: talents, and the swirl reaction.

Swirl damage scales with EM, character level, and nothing else. It's not increased by dmg%.
Talents scale with Atk, anemo dmg%, and crit.

Since you're not building atk or crit, it's not worth building dmg% either. (There's not much it could multiply.)

Because of his passive, it's better to build EM than invest in talent damage.

the ideal ratio is always 1:2 after you take all buffs into account
