Xiangling kinda wants a pyro battery (Bennett), as most of her damage comes from her burst. For overworld, burst centric chars can be problematic. (You'd have to massively overbuild Energy Recharge to make them viable, and I don't think you can reach that much ER early game.)

I probably wouldn't level either, unless you're struggling to progress.
It's at +8 and the only useful substat is one roll of energy recharge,
so even if it keeps rolling into it - its highest potential is 4 useful rolls. You can do better.

Jean's current plume has useful subs (atk%, crit rate, energy recharge) - so just keep that until you get a good 5-star plume

No need to level Raiden normal atk talent because burst is different multiplier, ratio can be improved. Great atk goblet, electro can still be better. Other than that, solid.
Upgrade Nahida first, not much to say
Hutao is fine with external EM buff
Yelan is fine other than ratio. Hp goblet can be close to hydro with dmg% buffs
Lv 90 Nilou, use 2p2p hp. You'd rather use Iron Sting than Amenoma

I'd change the rest depending on what you're facing. Sometimes, enemies have elemental weaknesses like shields.

Maybe Lynette for movement utility in overworld, not sure how good it is compared to Sayu/Yelan.

You said gaming and Jean are a must so kaeya is a ok option, Barbara is not that good in this team but kinda that only option you have

• buffing
• elemental reactions
• particle generation

you don't have many ways to buff, besides the VV artifact set you could get on Jean at some point

vaporize and melt would be the reactions you want with Ga Ming, so you'd need off-field hydro or cryo application.
Barbara doesn't apply a lot of Hydro. Kaeya's off-field cryo application is alright, if you can get his bust recharged.

For particle generation (recharging Ga Ming's burst), look for Bennett when you can (he's on the shop, sometimes, or on banners)

his team is pretty much finished now, and has good quality of life (no circle impact anymore)
and he has a set that's resin efficient to farm (Marechaussee Hunter)

downside is, you'd need to pull another 5-star and get Faruzan to c6. Maybe she'll be on Xianyun's banner again
and his weapon options with Marechaussee are pretty much just Homa. PJWS gives too much crit rate, you'll overcap.
