She has two modes, one heals and the other one does dmg and drains hp. You want to use the one that deals dmg since it drains hp. This is important so that her burst activates and buffs your team. Since depending on the amount ur hp fluctuates she will buff your teams overall dmg until it caps. To avchieve this cap asap you kinda need a healer at C0.

You should probs just go and watch a guide cause Furina is rather complicated and they'll explain it far better than I did haha

What I mean is, chars like Wanderer and Ayaka have pretty underwhelming damage without a good team. So you should probably build their sups too.
It all depends on what are your current and future goals in the game

I decided to Uninstall and reinstall for efficiency. Game was Being Dumb because launcher registered it as updated (before I launched it) and the game itself said "log out, return to launcher, update, then return to game for 300 primos" with no "update" button when I'd launch the game itself again

Xiangling has pretty high EM ceiling cuz she has no ICD + generally paired with Bennett, better consult to optimizer
as for Kazuha, he really has no ceiling since his EM also benefits the team for the dmg% buff
