He does fairly significant personal damage while having good access to quickbloom due to the nature of being a dendro onfielder, allowing him to "cheat" teamdps at a low floor, similar to how pure hyperbloom does it

but his personal damage is also quite high when he's built well in spread for example

It should also be noted that when properly evaluated DPS should be judged on the team dps of their best teams (in my opinion anyways) and not just purely on their solo damage

a crit rate helm with similar subs would put you closer to 80/160 which is more balanced = better average DPS
