Atk and pyro are generally interchangeable in terms of how much damage you get when talking 2pc sets, so you won't see that much of a change between 2 atk 2 atk and 2 atk 2 pyro
The general dps ranking is gonna be 4 whimsy > 4 glad > 2pc combos
I don't know the exact numbers off the top of my head but I do know that glad is significantly better than 2pc 2pc
My general advice would be:

• if you have usable 4pc glad use that, farm 4pc whimsy if you have nothing better to do (if experienced players take issue with this reply to me and I'll explain why)
• if you don't, stick with 2pc 2pc until you can farm 4pc whimsy

The clorinde team will be harder to play, and it will be easier to reach good damage on the haitham hyperbloom variant, but you can make either work depending on who you prefer
