to genuinely answer your question, however
it's impractical to consistently max out BoL in combat, as there is a restriction to how much you can absorb via CA and you won't end up needing all of it. However, there are ways around this

• mark multiple enemies and kill them one by one to absorb BoL that way
• mark an enemy, absorb BoL, wait 30 seconds, mark them again, then absorb again
