That means if you do set fate points to arle weapon, you still have to pull at most 240 wishes to get her weapon
The cost benefit in this case doesn't justify you continuing to pull. Besides, even if you had 240 wishes to spare, it's best to save it for future characters
General rule of thumb is more characters >>> 5 star weapons
