if you're against nonaggressive enemies though, they can do well since a team like arle, fischl, bennett, chev is high DPS

Arlecchino has no sub dps capabilities, she has to be onfield the whole time. Kokomi also isn’t good with razor since physical teams don’t want hydro, and if it was a dendro team you would use xingqiu

and the difference is marginal between that and 2 Noblesse (though I think noblesse is slightly better)

if you want the team up and running ASAP, then you should stop strongboxing VV and go strongbox bliz

get a okay bliz set then go do someone else

you can literally just slap on two random +0 VV artifacts on kazuha and you'll probably have a good fraction of his overall buffing power
