you use baizhu mainly for the interruption resistance, not for the off field dps, thats more of fischl's role

the only reason ppl use Baizhu with Neuv is because at c2+ he completely wastes no field-time because his E (and Q if c6) is completely automatic

and at current abyss speedrun scenario, Baizhu is the most optimal since mobs generally range around ~3m HP so it's better to just buff Neuv (through the dendro reaction he gives and Songs of Days Past artifact set) with 0 field time so he can get to CA faster = faster clear time

if we're talking about 10m+ HP mobs (which what you seemingly try to achieve with 12-3-2 mob without breaking its shield), then something like c6 Yae might be stronger
