My question is what artifact is better for alhaitham in this comp, is it guilded dreams or deepwood memories?

If I loose on weapon banner I will still get Kazuha’s signature weapon. What should I do to ensure Neuvilette has more dmg ? I was planning to just get weapon and save for Arlechino.
