qiqi has a bunch of issues in solo play

• she eats up field time to heal, meaning your dps has less time on field meaning less damage overall
• the only thing* she does is heal, absolute dogwater cryo application and particle generation
• very very very very very large downtime (beaten out only by childe)
• absolutely horrendous energy issues (80 cost burst with zero natural particles)

now in co-op i find that she plays a lot better than kokomi because she can heal everyone even if everyone is running all over the place

• she does it off-field with skill and her burst is very short

Its just that Tao benefits more from EM than she does from Atk%, so instructor would be the better support set compared to noblesse, but if you cant meet ER requirements on instructor noblesse is fine for the moment too
