For Furina replace the weapon with Fleuve Cendre Ferryman and you'll meet your ER requirements for most teams, XL needs to be on 4 PC Emblem and idealy R5 The Catch but DB is ok, For Nahida either run 4 PC Guilded or 4 PC Deepwood and level the circlet, Noelle replace the ATK sands with defense and defense goblet is ok for now but ideally you want a Geo dmg bonus, You don't need ER sands on Layla just use an HP sands, Replace the Circlet with a crit rate one for Xing and level your damn goblet, for Ayaka you need you might want to run more ER on most teams she needs about 130-150 ish with misplitter

-noelle wants def sands geo goblet, i'm assuming you're using her w/ furina bcs i see the marechaussee, also more ER and maybe defense if you can get it
-xingqiu is looking very rough from all angles, but if you're just using him to apply hydro then you've hit your ER requirement so it's fine, i'd say use fav if you're only using him to support like that in a team without another hydro, although ur cr isn't really good for that
-ayaka needs more cd, ER, and atk, also your sands on her isn't even maxed lol
