if youre tracking a main/archon quest the game wont allow you to do co op

Hey all, AR 25, trying to figure out how to best do bosses and the like and advice has been mixed at best. Someone has me try out a Sucrose, Bennet, Xianling, and Xingqui team but it’s feeling worse than where I started. Goal is to do world stuff and bosses and main quest line, about to hit world level 2 but wanted to get the team balanced well enough first. This team doesn’t feel all that great - I play on Tablet. Here are my toons, what can I do better?

Sucrose xiangling xiangling benny is pretty burst reliant and that feels pretty bad to use overworld, atleast early ar, once you start doing abyss after ar 45, it should feel better

I read some stuff on KQM but their discord link is broken so not sure if they are even around anymore and some people have said KQM isn’t too reliable.
