You can play some iteration of raiden hyper, but you have low cons sara, but maybe furina instead (?), and hes also good for national, but national contests some units from your hyperbloom team, and its a bit worse without c4 on xiangling. Hes also a fine anemo support for tighnari teams, though often sucrose is actually better there and having a good anemo support is slightly less important since you dont have yae to run the yae fischl variant
