if this is the one I think, the hydro absorber acts as a way to carry charge (activation) from one monument to another. the switch toggles all monuments

so you basically want to take one monument's wrong state and use it to toggle another

yes if you're completely out of cryo goblets. although keep in mind that usually its better to use an off piece goblet as on piece elemental% goblets are very hard to come by
and physical goblets wont contribute anything at all for off field rosaria

Sayu's roll would feel better than c0 Yelan since it lasts longer, and you can switch out of her roll without having to cancel it with a dash.
But Yelan contributes to combat, and she can shoot barrels in time trials

your understanding of aggravate is wrong, or it's just unusual phrasing. she will proc aggravate regardless of whether you build her with EM or not, but she has a lot of non-aggravated damage too, and her talents are attack scaling

assuming a single-target, only 1/3 of her totem hits will aggravate

EM is a good stat on yae in aggravate teams, but so is ATK. and ATK sands is usually a bit better (though not a huge difference)

there is an ICD on how many damage instances an enemy can take from hyperbloom from the same source in a given amount of time, with on-field nahida and xingqiu you already have plenty of hydro and dendro application. the last slot is really more damage (not necessarily hyperbloom) or a defensive option

if running a team like nahida, xingqiu, kuki - the last slot is typically yelan if one owns her

not because you need more hydro application, but because yelan has high off-field damage and synergises well with xingqiu

she also wants level 90 and maybe some more skill levels, but I can't say if that's a priority for your account

Gamers I have a question.

I have a raiden who is currently undergoing getting new artifacts. The thing is, right now it is quite impossible for me to be getting a new 5 star circlet that is actually good on her. And it's really what I need right now other than hoping that I get better artifs for her in the future.

I am wondering. My circlet that completes the 4 piece Emblem of Severed Fate has Crit Dmg as its main stat, and then dogwater on the sub stats (hp def hp%) and then eh on the last one being Energy Recharge. But I have a Wanderers Troupe circlet with Crit rate being its main stat, hp(717), crit dmg (20.2%), atk(+19) and ER +5.2. Should I be using my wanderer's piece until I get done with getting a good Emblem circlet or, should I just keep the 4 piece until I am done?

unlike ER, damage stats don't have a clear breakpoint for "how much attack or crit do I need" or "is this good enough". The best advice is to keep grinding until you have a decent amount of substats on your pieces and then use the Optimizer (https://frzyc.github.io/genshin-optimizer/#/)
