unlike ER, damage stats don't have a clear breakpoint for "how much attack or crit do I need" or "is this good enough". The best advice is to keep grinding until you have a decent amount of substats on your pieces with 1:2 crit ratio and then use the Optimizer. as for ER, 130-140 is generally a good amount.
