I 36-starred with this, even though Raiden doesn't get the plunge buff from Xianyun

Xianyun was just ttds + vv + healer so I can more easily run Nahida

(granted, me 36-starring doesn't prove anything. didn't feel terrible though)

Fischl really shines in aggravate, because her A4 passive doesn't have ICD.
It can apply electro every time it's triggered, and it can trigger every 0.5s

so that's an extra aggravate from Fischl every time your on-fielder triggers aggravate

ideally I'd try to get both but Nahida first
