if that's not the case, you don't have to worry about building EM for her burst buff. all that matters is her personal damage

on paper, EM is slightly better if she's off-field. crit is slightly better if she's on-field. but both are good stats either way. you can pick whatever gives you better substats

em main pieces have lower drop rate, so on average they'll have worse substats.

dendro dmg% goblet has more possible good substats (cr, cd, em). So you have slightly higher odds of getting a good one there
