Neither will do anything, only the corresponding element actually does something for the character, if you dont have it replace it with a mainstat goblet instead

Should I get Xianyun or Chiori?

At first, I was planning to get both Chiori because I really want to give Itto the best characters for him. I have Albedo but I am assuming she's going to be an upgrade.

But now, I'm thinking if I should get Xianyun because I feel like she really complements Furina's kit and she will unlock more teams. I have Jean but it's annoying that I need to get in her circle to heal.
