if you still don't have a good roster (team options and character diversity basically), I'd recommend stopping at c0

expanding your roster helps you to clear abyss easier whenever it changes, cuz sometimes it can be unfavorable for certain teams

For you, um, both would be pretty helpful.
Bloom is easier to build since you just need EM and survivability, and you have Shinobu and plenty of hydro to go with.
Xianyun you'll need a bit of understanding of advanced combat but would pair very nicely with Hu Tao, and you have Xingqiu, yelan, or Zhongli to pair with that pretty well too!
