Bennet is the worst healer in the game when it comes to trying to get characters hp healed to full (and above) to trigger furina overhealing, due to his inbuilt limitation in his heal

Because if he can't heal 50>100 in one go he will just stop healing

Yes and no, the point is that if Bennet only heals every 3 ticks or so he is incredibly slow at stacking fanfare. The idea with Bennet furina is to swap between characters to stack fanfare, because Bennet cannot do it quickly on only one active character. On top of this raiden front loads almost half of her damage the second shes swapped into, so you want fanfare stacked already, and also raiden doesn't have long field time req anyway, so it's fine

Also in realistic rotations if you aren't running maidens Bennet you will not be triggering overheal much throughout Bennet burst to begin with
